Texas Senate Bill 257 that prohibits the sale or delivery of Salvia Divinorum or the active ingredient Salvinorin A to minors under 18 was passed by the State Senate and now referred to the Texas House for further consideration.This is a great step for Salvia to be regulated and not just banned without any previous research, I really hope that other US States follow this kind of behavior to give the place that this herb really deserves.
